Inmigration and The Supreme Court of Justice

Both immigrants "undocumented" and the Federal Government have violated the law.

Undocumented immigrants living in this country have violated the law for “commission” have committed the" crime "of entering and / or staying in this country without documents. But the Federal Government and state governments have also violated U.S. law by "default", allowing twelve million immigrants enter the country for all the corners of this nation, without stopping them as required by law, by allowing immigrants to work to support their families, receive the taxes paid by immigrants, to allow them to invest in housing, goods and services, and micro-enterprises by allowing immigrant children to attend public schools, for allowing immigrants to access public services such as emergency department of health.

All this framed in a regime of terror and kidnapping, known as "modern slavery " where undocumented immigrants are exploited by employers paying poverty wages, when if ever they pay, separating their families without access to normal medical services ; hiding to avoid the impunity of racists; attacks without being able to report all kinds of abuses that they are subject for fear of the police waiting at any time of night, in the morning or at work, the raids of the "migra" . Where you have changed that of being living in a "golden cage" to be living now in a "concentration camp" worse than the Nazis.
United States being the birthplace of Democracy,
with the Courts, with the Supreme Court ahead as its main pillars, we take up to the last option of legal proceedings of shared responsibility between the twelve million undocumented immigrants and Federal and State governments.

We must contact the pro-immigrant associations, law faculties of universities, the American Bar Association, the private enterprise, and the international community to carry out this project, since the legal concept of crime commission and or omission is covered by the Science of Law, from its very foundations in the "Roman Law".


In addition to the demonstration marches of the need for comprehensive immigration reform, the efforts in the House and Senate, and the good will of President Barack Obama, we must supplement this campaign with legal management, which if approved by the Supreme Court, we would have comprehensive immigration reform faster than what could be the regular channels currently used.

It is important to note that at this moment the future of immigration reform is uncertain. President Barack Obama himself has said that there is "no appetite for immigration reform in Congress," which contrasts with the position of president had been assuming full leadership in the negotiation of comprehensive immigration reform. May be the White House used all its political capital to reform the law of health, and now has no political capital to lead immigration reform. I hope that this president has not done bad dealings with members of Congress, where to get votes for health reform, has had to sacrifice votes for immigration reform.

Barack Obama President and Congress still face further financial reform and energy reform, before reaching the immigration reform debate and the elections to be in November this year, which makes them political stir with these important issues for our community.

The signing of SB 1070 law by the Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, criminalizing undocumented immigrants living in this state, has led to a revival of attention to this subject, and in good time, with positive effects easing immigration reform because he is blaming the Federal government, anti-immigrant law in Arizona for failing to provide a solution to the federal level.

Thus, as I think it's the right time to complement all the efforts being made in this regard, a legal alternative, which would lead to the Supreme Court of Justice,where we will sue the U.S. Federal government to normalize the immigration status of twelve million immigrants, for violation of the law for failure by the federal government.
